My work is grounded in lived experience, professional rigor, and a deep respect for those who carry responsibility in high-pressure environments. I focus on emotional intelligence as a practical skill—one that supports clarity, communication, and steady leadership in real-world settings.

With over two decades as a U.S. Army spouse, I lived and worked alongside military leaders and families in environments where resilience was expected, adaptability was constant, and emotional demands often went unspoken. That experience shaped my understanding of leadership as the ability to remain steady under pressure and to sustain performance over time.

As a Master Social Worker with a foundation in psychology and trauma-informed practice, I have supported individuals and teams navigating burnout, complex dynamics, and sustained stress. My work focuses on helping professionals recognize patterns that impact performance—where over-functioning replaces effectiveness, where boundaries erode, and where clarity begins to diminish under pressure.

In healthcare settings, including dialysis care, I have worked directly within emotionally intensive environments where regulation, communication, and de-escalation are essential. I bring this real-world experience into my training and speaking, offering practical tools that can be applied immediately.

I have presented on emotional intelligence and de-escalation in professional healthcare settings and continue to work with organizations seeking to strengthen staff resilience, communication, and leadership capacity through training and professional development.

My work integrates emotional intelligence, trauma awareness, and nervous system regulation to support both individual and organizational performance—helping people respond with clarity rather than reactivity, maintain boundaries, and lead with intention.
